Due to the perishable nature and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items and cakes.
Our goal is to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition and in a timely manner:
1. Preparation time: 20 minutes for food items
2. Minimum 60 minutes for cakes
3. Delivery time: 20-60 minutes from order confirmation
If you experience any issues with your order upon receipt (e.g., significant damage during delivery or an incorrect order), please contact us immediately, within 40 minutes of the delivery time.

Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds for food items and cakes once they have been successfully delivered.
However, if you experience an issue with your order upon receipt, such as:
1. Significant damage during delivery
2. Receiving an incorrect order
If the Replacement is Approved we provide store credit instead of refund store credit validity will be 30 days. Customer can use the store credit for next order

Upon receiving your report within the 40-minute timeframe, we will review the situation and, if we determine that the issue was due to an error on our part, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
1. A replacement of the incorrect or damaged item(s) on your next order (subject to availability and our discretion)
2. A partial or full credit towards a future order (to be determined on a case-by-case basis)
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for issues reported outside of the 40-minute window following delivery or for issues related to personal taste or circumstances beyond our direct control.
